Please bring details of past medical history (ie. any illnesses or operations you have had) and all current medication. If you are attending for biomechanical assessment please wear or bring with you a pair of shorts to enable free movement of joints during examination, and a selection of 3 pairs of shoes/trainers that you wear on a regular basis.
Evening and Saturday appointments available. Entrance and free parking at the rear of the clinic (off Church Street).
